India and China lead the list, followed by Taiwan and Brazil.
On CBS' 60 Minutes last Sunday, the Brazilian billionaire Eike Batista told correspondent Steve Kroft that he's hiring Americans to weld his oil platforms. "To weld the platforms?" Kroft responded incredulously. "Yes," replied Batista, explaining that his country's booming economy is at almost full employment, and Brazil needs to import workers. "Already we have created this year 1.5 million jobs," continued the world's eighth richest man according to Forbes' most recent tally. "It's unbelievable."
That unbelievable job growth is reflected in the latest global employment outlook survey by the staffing firm Manpower ( MAN - news - people ). Brazil rates fourth on the tally of the nations with the greatest optimism about hiring in the first quarter of next year. Brazil's net hiring outlook--the number of employers surveyed who expect to increase their employment rolls minus the percentage who expect to decrease them--is 36%. That's driven by a 7% gross domestic product growth rate, three times higher than in the U.S.

This article mainly pertains to the ways in which countries world-wide are creating new jobs for people all over to do. Countries such as Brazil, China, and India are top on the list. They are able to create these new jobs based upon their booming economies. With their improving monetary supplies, they are able to produce more products which means they will need more employers. These new job openings will help out not only the people who reside in those countries, but possibly those of other countries as well.

When there are more people, new ideas will come about which will thus create new products. Also, these countries have really developed financially, politically, etc. which makes them more stable and more able to hold jobs. The article pretty much talks about how the job market is in high demand overseas and abroad because certain countries economies are booming. The fact that most of these countries booming in the job market are other nations and not like this US is astonishing. They are able to progress even when the world economy is at a slow progressing rate they still manage to look ahead. Also the four countries mentioned are interesting because they are high in population. They also talk about which jobs are in demand and there future projections.

They have dense populations and always seem to update there infrastructure into order to strive. There job market increases because they're economies are also booming since they are lead powerhouse's in certain sectors. They have the ability to attract workers who want to work abroad and gain a new experience.
This article is about how alot of countries are hiring people. China takes the lead for being able to hire the most people in 2011, with a 42% net hiring rate. Also the United states is doing not so good because they only have a 9% net hiring rate. This article also talks about how a billionaire in Brazil is hiring for poeple to work in his oil platforms, this means that their net hiring rate is very high. The person in Brazil said that they have already hired 1.5 million people already this year.

Also they have alot of low quality jobs that alot of people dont want. Alot of people want jobs that can make them rich but unfortunately, all of them are taken.
